I have always heard that the older you get, the faster time flies! I honestly believe that! It is hard to believe this year is almost gone!

Our opportunities to obey God’s call on our lives is fleeting. “You do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. . . . Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin” (James 4:14-17). We can really stack up excuses for not doing more can’t we? Everyone is busy. Our schedules are hectic and we are all stretched in so many different directions. However, every day we have to examine…what have I done that really matters? What have I done that reached out to others? What have I done that reflected a spirit selflessness? It really does matter! I want my life to count!
