Praise the Lord, it's Christmas time!!! This is one of our favorite times of the year. Not just because of all the great presents, but the feeling in the air, the feeling of love and joy. You can always tell when Christmas is growing near. There's something in the air that takes us back to the time when our Savior was born; you just feel something special is coming. Our favorite part of Christmas has to be all the church plays and stories that are brought to life about the birth of Jesus. It is like seeing your favorite movie that never gets old; it always has a way of touching your heart, no matter how many times you've seen it.

We are also very excited to be doing the finishing touches on our new album "Mercy River" this month. This new CD is set to release January 1st. We are looking forward to everyone hearing the message that God has given us. On this CD is a Christmas song we have just released to radio, "Everyday is Christmas". Please make sure you call and request it and let us tell you how everyday is Christmas with our Lord and Savior.

We hope that all of the SoGospelNews fans have a blessed and safe Christmas and a happy New Year. Find some time this season to check out one of the plays that your local church puts on. It will really get your heart back to the true meaning of Christmas.
