Pioneers Quartet Release New Album
Songs of Jesus Now Available
ATLANTA, Georgia – Atlanta-based recording artist, Pioneers Quartet, have recently released their third project, Songs of Jesus. Songs of Jesus is the Pioneers Quartet first independent recording. The group opted for an independent recording this time in order to focus all of their resources on the quality of the recording.
Each member of the Pioneers Quartet was part of the song selection process, and the recording’s style and personality reflect those of the members.
Songs of Jesus was recorded at Goldmine Studios.
“We were more than pleased with the undivided attention received from the staff at Goldmine Studios,” said Chris Griffith of the Pioneers Quartet. “In our opinion, the production and engineering of David Kight could not have been better. In addition, the musicians did a masterful job with the tracks and the addition of Milton Smith’s orchestration is second to none.”
Duane Allen of the Oak Ridges boys has this to say about the Pioneers Quartet:
“Over the past year I have come to know the Pioneers Quartet. The one thing that impresses me the most about the Pioneers is that they have a burning desire to do it right. They have just completed recording a new project in a great studio with some very good musicians. It takes a lot of hard work, talent, and dedication to God to be successful in any type of business or ministry. I am glad to call them friends.”
“We are in prayerful consideration regarding a possible release of one of the songs to radio in the near future,” said Chris Griffith of the Pioneers Quartet. “However, our main focus at this point is to provide a fresh recording for our listeners.”
Included on Songs of Jesus are some recent favorites, such as “Master Builder” and “If God Be for Us.” Reaching further into the past are selections such as “Hard Trials,” “Go to the Son,” and “He Still Speaks.” The original songs include “Get Me Some Gone,” written by baritone Chris Griffith, “No Greater Friend,” written by Darryl Wade, “He Picks Me Up,” written by Marcella Higdon Case and “Elijah,” written by Ron Jarman.
The Pioneers Quartet plans to debut the album on May 22nd at the Palmetto State Quartet Anniversary Concert in Austell, Georgia. They will be appearing with Palmetto State Quartet and the Perrys.
The new recording is available for purchase through the Pioneers Quartet. Feel free to contact the group in regards to purchasing any product.
