Christian Music Conference is happy to announce their 2004 school of Gospel Music to be held on the campus of Murray State University in Murray, KY the week of July 11 through the 17th 2004.

This school is dedicated in helping people improve their talents in voice, songwriting, piano, sound systems, church music, instruments, praise and worship music, Nashville number chart, organized group studies for quartets and trios.

Students are given a private lesson each day in the study area of their choice.  Classes and workshops are held through out the day. Such areas as performance training, music theory and ear training, vocal range development, male and female vocal techniques are offered.  CMC is the only school to offer training in the Contra Bass Range.

The faculty is hand picked and nationally known in Gospel Music.  Come and study with the best.  Let them share their knowledge with you and your musical growth will be outstanding.  Such well known singers as Ann Downing, Danny Funderburk, ( Cathedrals ) Garry Sheppard, ( Kingsmen ) David Sutton, ( Integrity) Mike Presnell, ( Perfect Heart ) award winning pianist Jeff Stice (Integrity ) Voice teachers Steve and Becky Carver, Karen Apple, (Speers) , Mark Forrester, Songwriter Phil Cross, Church Music Specialist Phil Summerford, Arthur Rice, (Kingdon Heirs ) and Rob Novell ( Perfect Heart ) all will assist you in reaching your Gospel Music Goals.  The school is directed by  Charles Novell who has a Doctorate in Music, formerly pianist with the famous Blackwood Brothers has produced over 1500 recording projects and Gospel Music foremost authority on Contra Bass Singing.  Charles is in demand for his knowledge in vocal training and keyboard improvisation.
