Jim Hefner, President of the SGPA (Southern Gospel Promoters Association) announced today that they have reached an agreement with Paul Heil and The Gospel Greats radio program. The agreement includes Heil as an honorary member of the SGPA.

Both organizations will benefit from the arrangement. The Gospel Greats radio program will now be endorsed by the SGPA and will be promoted on the SGPA website at http://www.sgpromos.org and will have a link to their own website. In turn, The Gospel Greats will often remind people on their radio programs to go to the SGPA website to get up-to- the-minute reports of concerts, coast to coast, and will provide a permanent link on the program’s web site reminding visitors of the SGPA concert listing resource.

Hefner stated that this was a tremendous boost for their organization since The Gospel Greats program has hundreds of thousands of listeners on about 200 stations in the U.S. and in Canada.

Hefner explained that in addition to the tremendous coverage that this will provide, Paul Heil also brings a wealth of integrity and respect to the table. Paul has proven to everyone in our industry that truly there is no other radio program quite like The Gospel Greats.

Hefner also announced that an agreement was reached wherein Paul Heil will be the keynote speaker at the Promoter’s breakfast on Friday morning at this year’s NQC.
