BEAVER DAM, KY- The Crabb Family's annual Kentucky CrabbFest was more successful than ever before. Both Wednesday and Thursday evening's concerts were more than half full and Friday and Saturday were nearly packed to capacity in the 4,700 seat Sports Center in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Each evening was filled with music and fellowship with afternoon showcases and morning worship services. Showcase highlights included Dottie Rambo and Mercy's Mark Quartet. Karen Harding, along with previous CrabbFest Talent Contest winner Josh Franks provided worship music at the morning services while Gerald and Aaron Crabb preached at their very best. Highlights of the evenings were too many to mention, but included first-time guests Mark Lowry and Michael English. J P Miller added some fun activities to the event for the young and young at heart.

This year's Talent Contest brought some of the finest talent in the nation. The Pelfreys walked away with first place in the Group category and Jody Justice captured the position in the Solo division. Both wowed Saturday's audience with their performances, which brought standing ovations all over the building.

Kentucky CrabbFest is scheduled for July 6 through 9, 2005 in Owensboro. Exciting plans are in the works for future CrabbFests. For more information, call (270) 274-9900 or log onto http://www.thecrabbfamily.com Photos from Kentucky CrabbFest 04 are posted online.

Crabbfest was truly amazing, the singing was outstanding, the worship services were all inspiring. God was honored through the entire event. I encourage everyone to attend in 2005!

Crabbfest this year was one of the most amazing experience I've ever had. Spiritually it was so uplifting! It is also a ton of fun. There's lots of things to do for all the different interests you have. This year JP Miller hosted a beach themed event for children, and the following day there were seminars. There really is something for everyone, and I absolutely love how people of all different denominations come together and for a few hours worship God together. I strongly encourage everyone to attend next year!! smile
