Christlike Appears On Award Show, Visits Solid Gospel
Christlike paid a visit to the Nashville, Tenn., area recently, appearing on the Southern Gospel Music Guild’s Harmony Honors Award Show and visiting on-air personality Les Butler at Solid Gospel 105. The group currently has “Walkin’ This Road with Jesus” on play lists nationwide. It is the first release from their debut CD with Family Music Group, Journey.
Christlike was a finalist for New Artist of the Year and performed a segment of the upcoming release, “Here I Am Again,” on the Harmony Honors show, which was taped at Trinity Broadcast Network for a later television airing. New artists nominees Hope’s Call; Jody Brown Indian Family; Mencer, White & Cheney, and Three Bridges also performed song segments.
The nomination for the Harmony Honors award topped an already exciting year for the group. This year Christlike signed with Family Music Group, recorded its debut project for the label, appeared on a National Quartet Convention showcase and enjoyed a standing-room-only crowd at the listening party for the new project which was held during NQC.
The January release of “Here I Am Again” is being eagerly anticipated by radio, having already made an impact on those who have heard it. Look for more to come from this group! For more information about Christlike, log on to http://www.christlikeonline.com or http://www.familymusicgroup.com
