Chris Unthank has included Journey, Christlike’s debut CD on the Family Music Group label in his picks for his top five CDs of 2004. Regarding the selection of Journey, Unthank commented, “This up and coming group has had artists like MidSouth Boys and Crabb Family influence their sound. Their live band is unequaled in the industry with their country-tinged melodies. Christlike is the future, and the future is bright. Look for “Here I Am Again” to be one of the biggest songs of 2005.”

And speaking of “Here I Am Again,” the current single from the project, Deon Unthank tapped this song as a Radio Pick, saying, “This modern country sound has really caught on, and Christlike does it as well as anybody. This song has great harmony and a message that would seem to fit just about every life today. Don’t we all find ourselves knocking at God’s door AGAIN?”

FMG president Les Butler, Christlike’s producer, said of this Oklahoma-based group, “This is an exciting group of talented musicians. They have it all – vocal and instrumental talent and a deep commitment to let God use them in a special way. I’m excited for them and expecting great things in their future.”
