SYLVESTER, GA -- Resting Place Music is pleased to announce that The Legacy Trio of Eufaula, AL has signed with the record label. Ricky Atkkinson, President of RPM states: “This group is relatively new to the industry but they have a lot of talent. It is great to work with groups who God has used to write original songs. As a writer, I think it’s highly important for a new group to bring their songs to the audience, as well as some old favorites.” According to Ricky, they have a good mix of traditional and original songs and they represent what Resting Place Music is about. “I’m happy to be working with some people who are real,” says Ricky.

The Legacy Trio debut recording on Featherbed Records is in production now and is scheduled for release in May 2005. The first single will release on RPM compilation Volume 1 in May 2005.
