Produced by Tony Turner and Crimson Gold
Recorded at Hilltop Studios, Nashville , TN
Master's Touch Studio, Park Hills
Label – Independent

This CD is very good traditional quartet singing. It starts and ends with cover material, but after that they sing some really nice original songs penned by Lead singer Gary O'Neal, Baritone JD Wagner, and Tenor Ray Reese's Grandfather, Robert Burton, which was written more than 40 years ago.

The CD starts with “Over There” an old Singing Americans song, which they perform very well. Then it's into some nice original music. I think that “The Scarlet River” penned by group member Gary O'Neal would be good for radio. It moves nice and has some interesting track chords in it. “I Won't Turn Back” written by Robert Burton has a bit of a bluegrass feel to it, but the tempo and vocal feel will have your feet tapping. “When We See His Face”, penned by group member JD Wagner is a nice Ballad.

Probably the weakest song on the CD is the traditional rendition of “Oh What A Savior”. Some of the pitches on this cut were weak. These guys have some excellent harmony as well as extraordinary feature voices but the CD is very predictable. I believe that these guys have the talent to set themselves apart with some variety in choosing their music.

All in all this is a strong recording and worth your time and money to purchase it.
