If you are a George Jones fan, then you will love this two CD set package. With the help of a few of his friends, George has done as most “Country” singers do, and recorded some beautiful old hymns that everyone is familiar with.

Standard classics include “Amazing Grace”, “It Is No Secret”, “I’ll Fly Away”, and “In The Garden”. Featured on the great hymn, “Precious Memories,” is Patti Page, who sings the song as a duet with George. All of this and more, and you have just gotten through the first CD.

Disc two features some great songs like the favorite country Gospel song “Peace In The Valley”, “What A Friend We Have In Jesus”, “The Old Rugged Cross”, and singing another duet, but this time with Vestal Goodman on “Mansion Over The Hilltop”.

This CD is chock full of great old songs. I think they saved the best for last though with the Kirk Talley song, “I Know A Man Who Can”. The gal who sings with him on this cut, Sheri Copeland, is just fantastic.

If Country music is your cup of tea, then you will want this CD.
