Gerald Wolfe - My Kind Of Christmas
While many people know of Gerald Wolfe as the dynamic lead singer for the Southern Gospel group Great Vision, not as many know that Gerald’s artistry on the piano is equal to that of his singing ability. Gerald really let’s his hair down and displays a different emotion on every song. Starting the CD off with a “Carol Medley” of “Hark The Herald Angels Sing”, and “O Come All Ye Faithful” the full orchestrations are simply beautiful. The song selection is so nice and diversified, but all very reverent. “The Birthday Of A King” and “Oh Holy Night” are very worshipful and soothing to the soul. “We Three Kings” and “Go Tell It On The Mountain” are both joyful and energetic. The Gaither song “There’s Something About That Name” closes out the CD in a very somber and uplifting way. Other songs included on this fine CD are “Joy To The World”, “Away In A Manger”, “Silent Night”, “We Three Kings”, and “The First Noel” Rating Deon Unthank Reader Comments |
