If you are one of those 4 guys and a piano fans, you will absolutely love this CD. Although I tend to like the orchestrations and the drums and guitars, I found myself listening to this CD over and over. The vocals are so good that you almost don’t notice that there aren’t any other instruments other than the piano. That in itself is a compliment to the accompanying talents of Jeff Stice. He plays a heavy bass hand with lots of fill-ins thrown in.

Although the CD has older material, the familiararity adds to the “feeling” that they were trying to achieve. You will hear lots of fast songs, just like the old-timers used to do them. The harmony and blend are great. Of course with the father-son team of Clayton and Scotty Inman, and the long time singing team of David Sutton and Eric Bennett, you wouldn’t expect anything less that great.

My pick on the CD is the song featuring Eric Bennett “Walking & Talking With The Lord.” Clayton Inman does a nice job on “Open Up All The Doors.” The classic tune “Walk With Me” shows that David Sutton can sing those smooth easy sounding songs as good as anyone. He also does a great “Rosie Rosell” sound on “Everytime I Feel The Spirit.” Scotty Inman has the feature on most of “Get Away Jordan” and unlike some of the cuts of this song today, you can actually understand all the words he is singing.

The only week spot of this CD is that several of the songs are pretty short, but then again that is in keeping with the old style of recording that they were attempting to produce.

I agree with Deon's 4 star rating on this CD. This is a respected group of veteran professionals, so you expect them to be this good on every effort. With their three new releases, they went for 2 out of 3. _Smoky Mountain Hymns_ is not so great, but _4 Guys_ and _Integrity_ will go a long way in putting this group on the map.

It is always good to see a Quartet put out a traditional recording like this. These sounds are the roots of Southern Gospel. Hopefully recordings like this will make a comeback onto the Southern Gospel scene.

This album is terribly boring despite the great talent of the gentlemen involved...You'd be better off buying the newest Gold City or Kingdom Heirs album...
