how many people remember Joseph smith of the booth brothers and mark trammell trio?

He left i think like a year or 2 ago and no one has seen him since then

Anyone Know what he’s up too anymore?

Last I knew he and his wife were enjoying family life in Alabama with their little girl. Joseph was at one time at least working as a music teacher and as a minister of music.

I remember him & miss him.  He was a great singer & very sweet.  I wish him the best.

I know Joseph wrote a wonderful song titled, “The Lamb He Died to Save” on The Melody Boys Quartet new CD. It is a tremendous song with an incredible message!

That is a great song - both Booth Brothers and Mark Trammell Trio recorded it and both sounded great on it.

My favorite Joseph Smith song (to date) is “Try Jesus”.  I heard the Booth Brothers singing this song at NQC several years ago and this prompted me to buy their CD.  The entire project was great and I’ve been an avid Booth Brothers fan ever since!

If you can find a copy of the August ‘07 issue of THE SINGING NEWS magazine there will be an article called “WHERE ARE THEY NOW?” on him by either Duane Garren or Stewart Varnado (cannot remember which one). The articles usually give up to date information, as well as contact information.
Maybe this can get you somewhere in the right direction.
