Zion Music Group recording artist, StateLine Quartet, is excited to announce the release of "Passin Thru" as their debut recording for the record label.

Passin' Thru was produced by critically acclaimed producer Kevin McManus. The album features new material written by some of the industry's fantastic songwriters including: Kim Culpepper,Mary Spencer and Mosie Lister. Other songs were penned by group member/manager Larry Biggs, as well as his son, Duane Biggs. The project's first single, "I'm Settin' Sail," was written by Steve Holland and released to radio earlier this summer on Zion compilation #37. The song is already making a strong presence at Southern Gospel radio and on Internet radio stations such as SouthernSpinRadio.com. Relatively new in the Southern Gospel Industry, StateLine Quartet was introduced to DJs and fans alike during the recent National Quartet Convention at the Zion Recording Company showcase as well as the Quartet Finale Showcase. StateLine Quartet is sure to become a fan and DJ favorite. Be looking for their second single release coming soon on the next Zion compilation. Check them out at http://www.statelinequartet.com . I am very excited for this new project from The StateLine Quartet. I have seen the quality of their music and performance continue to excel over the last several years.

The songwriting is very, very good on this album, including what I think will be a solid chart hit, "I Can Pray." We were privileged to have this song for our building dedication on October 9th, when our prayer featured II Chronicles 6 and 7, which the song is based upon.

I also really like "Bigger Sins Than That," which is an awesome reminder of how much God has forgiven us and can forgive us, no matter the place of failure we come to him.

Great project guys, and for others, I urge you to check it out!
