GASTONIA, NC - 3 For 1 is pleased to announce that they have hired Valerie Blanton from Clemmons, NC. Valerie is a very talented singer and has a true desire to minister through music. 3 For 1 is more like a family group these days. Valerie is the second of baritone singer, Jim Leonard's four daughters and she is also orginal group member, Holly Blanton's sister-in-law. Valerie and Holly are married to identical twin brothers and one even better, they are both expecting right now. Valerie and Jason have two other children, Caden and Chailyn.

Jim and Holly share that they are very excited about what God is doing in their ministry. Since Valerie has been traveling with them they have had some very touching worship services and they've experienced a spirit of unity between the three of them. The ministry team of 3 For 1 has never been about the three individual members of the group. Just like their name suggests they are just three individuals wanting to be used by the One who gave his life for all.

"The Next Time I Fall," 3 For 1's current single release from their current album, "Walk Down This Mountain", is being received well and they are putting the finishing touches on a brand new album that will be released next month called "An Audience of One." This recording features many well-known praise and worship songs as well as some new material written by great songwriters such as Buddy Mullins, Wesley Willett and Chris Binion.

Valerie is very talented. I saw 3 For 1 in concert on Easter Sunday morning in Denver, NC. She has a gorgeous alto voice. I'm excited for 3 For 1!
