NASHVILLE, Tennessee – Popular trio HisSong has been nominated for four Diamond Awards on the new Top 10 ballot released just yesterday. HisSong has been nominated for Trio of the Year, Song of Year (for "Watching & Waiting") and Album of the Year (for Watching & Waiting). Dennis Humphries, lead singer for the group, has also been nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year.

HisSong’s Dennis Humphries says, “We are honored to be among the artists nominated in these categories. All of them are awesome. God has truly blessed this ministry, and he is continuing to bless us. We are a ministry oriented group, and we love the Lord and love what we do. While awards are always nice, we have seen hundreds of souls saved across this country over the past four years, and that means everything to us.”

HisSong is a former winner of two Diamond Awards in 2004 – Trio of the Year and the Sunrise Award.

HisSong just released a brand new radio single entitled "It Won't Be a Celebration" and is already becoming a favorite to many people. The song is currently being played at Solid Gospel Radio. The song is being promoted by Phillip Emery of DJ Man Promotions.

HisSong will be featured on the Solid Gospel radio network, today, April 19, 2006, in a live two hour listening party. The listening party will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. CST.

During the listening party, you will hear songs from HisSong's new project, Watching & Waiting, and interviews with HisSong, Wayne Haun (producer and songwriter for the new album), and radio promoter Phillip Emery of DJ Man Promotions. The listening party can be heard on all the Solid Gospel affiliate stations across the country.

HisSong will be celebrating its 4th Annual Anniversary concert, Saturday, June 17, 2006 in Smyrna, Tennessee at the River of Life Church. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., the concert will feature HisSong, the Perrys, the Frosts & By Faith.

HisSong just released its latest project called Watching & Waiting produced by Dove Award winning producer Wayne Haun.
