Raleigh, NC - Multi-talented Gospel recording artist Lynda Randle will team with the international Christian relief organization, Feed The Children, and popular radio Southern Gospel radio station, WCKB to present a live concert video taping on Tuesday, June 6 at the Hope Community Church in Raleigh, NC. Randle, a native of Washington, DC, now resides with her husband, Michael and their two daughters in Kansas City, MO. Randle has spent nearly two decades, ministering in churches and arenas, sharing her testimony and rich vocal talents. She is regularly featured on the highly successful Bill Gaither Homecoming Video and Concert Series and has more than a dozen video and audio recordings to her credit, including her latest “A Tribute To Mahalia Jackson.”

Joining Randle for this special taping, which is FREE to the public, will be popular Christian vocalists Russ Taff, and Randle’s brother, Michael Tait, of DC Talk fame, as well as Joey Gore & the Wilmington Celebration Choir.

This event, sponsored by WCKB Gospel 780AM Radio and Feed The Children, will be a live video taping for an upcoming Feed The Children Television Special. During their 27-year history, Feed The Children has grown into one of the world’s largest private organizations dedicated to helping hungry and hurting people. Last year alone, FTC shipped 183 million pounds of food and other essentials to children and families in all 50 states and internationally.

“I am grateful to have Lynda join us for this entertaining, one-night event,” states Larry Jones, President and Founder of Feed The Children. “She has decided to share the gift of her music with the people of Raleigh, while at the same time, helping to spread the word about the problem of hunger in America.” In addition to this exciting musical event on June 6, the day before the concert, Randle has also volunteered to lend a hand as Feed The Children will distribute food to 400 families in the Triangle area.

Hope Community Church is located at 821 Buck Jones Road in Raleigh. All seats for the event are General Admission and tickets are FREE to the public. Complimentary tickets are available at numerous locations throughout the Triangle area. Complete information may be obtained by calling 910-892-3133 or by logging onto http://www.wckb780.com.
