LAKELAND, Florida – Psalm 101 was recently in the studio finishing up vocals for the group’s highly anticipated sophomore recording. The new recording is being produced by Donna Beauvais and group members Bill & Angela Fulkerson.
“We laughed, cried & sang are hearts out until the wee hours of the morning, but it was worth every minute!” mentioned Angela Fulkerson of Psalm 101. “Chip Davis arranged the background vocals, and we brought in Angie Primm. They are absolutely amazing! I was so honored to have them sing on this recording. They worked hard and poured their hearts into every song!”
Angela continued, “We were also blessed to have Hope's Call featured on one track called ‘Don't Let Me Miss The Glory!’ WOW! These folks can really sing! Eddie & Jessica Harrison of Hope's Call also provided background vocals on a slow ballad written by me & my mom called ‘Yes, I'm Gonna Love Him.’ What a talented young couple! You need to get a copy of the CD just to hear the background vocals!”
Psalm 101’s Angela Fulkerson & Donna Beauvias have co-written several songs for the project, and it will also feature songs from many of today’s prominent songwriters including Rebecca J. Peck and Ronnie Hinson.
Angela continued, “This is our sophomore project but our first attempt in producing from beginning to end. We brought in Donna Beauvais of Hope's Call to help produce as well. She has helped us capture are hearts and vision through music, and we are so grateful to her and everyone involved.”
The new recording is being engineered by Joe Carroll. It will be mixed during June, and it should be available by July.

The winning selection for the new album is Worth the Wait.
“We had a wonderful response to our ‘Name the CD’ contest!” recalled Angela Fulkerson. “Thank you for all your entries! Worth the Wait will be the title of the new recording. This title says exactly what we feel. We have been preparing for this CD for almost three years. To hear it in the final stages has surely been ‘Worth the Wait!’ Most of all when we get to Heaven and finally see Jesus – it will definitely be ‘Worth the Wait!’
The winning entry was submitted by Kevin Watson of Orlando, Florida.
