NASHVILLE, Tennessee – HisSong celebrated its 4th Annual Anniversary Concert on Saturday night, June 17, 2006, at the River of Life Church in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Dennis Humphries of HisSong says, “The concert was our best yet. We have had great crowds for our past homecomings, but this year was definitely the best attendance we have ever had. Every ticket was gone by the time the concert began. People from several states attended the concert.”

The emcee for the anniversary concert was popular Southern Gospel promoter Bill Bailey from Bradenton, Florida.

This year, HisSong brought back the Perrys, By Faith & the Frosts. HisSong’s good friends Soul'd Out Quartet started the evening off. During HisSong's performance, Dennis introduced great friend Joyce Martin. Martin also performed a selection from her solo recording.

“This was an exciting crowd to sing to,” stated HisSong manager Dennis Humphries. “Everyone had a great time. We couldn't have been more pleased.”

HisSong recently introduced their newest member Adam Cannon of Marion, Illinois as the group’s new baritone singer. The group currently consists of Dennis Humphries, Adam Elrod, & Adam Cannon.

Adam Elrod of HisSong said, “This was more than just a concert. We had church! God truly ministered in this concert.”
