Nashville, TN - New Haven Records President, Ken Harding recently announced the addition of award-winning Southern Gospel quartet, Gold City to the label’s artist roster. Gold City is recognized as one of Gospel Music’s most celebrated quartets and has enjoyed countless honors, accolades and hit songs over the past two and a half decades. “Gold City has one of the greatest legacies in Gospel music,” Harding states. “Not only does the name Gold City represent a rich history, but they are also still recognized as one of the industry’s most popular quartets. That speaks volumes to their integrity and credibility. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this exceptional group of young men.”

Just as Gold City has firmly established a place at the forefront of Gospel Music, New Haven Records, under the direction of Harding, has become recognized as one of the industry’s leading labels. Since organizing nearly 20 years ago, New Haven has produced recordings for such popular artists as Susie Luchsinger, Glen Campbell, the Chicago Mass Choir, The Florida Boys and best selling compilations, the annual Singing News Fan Award Series and the Gospel Legacy Series. The company also enjoys distribution agreements with Provident/Integrity and Sony/BMG. “We’re in the process of creating a new project that is full of great songs that display the timelessness of Gold City,” states New Haven Director of Marketing and Sales, Greg Buckler, “and we are certainly looking forward to utilizing the resources we have available to us at New Haven to enhance the marketing, distribution and sales of this great recording.”

No doubt, the support New Haven will provide will prove to be of great benefit to this talented quartet, and according to Gold City representative Daniel Riley, working with Harding and the team at New Haven. “We are really excited,” Riley states. “We have a tremendous amount of respect for Ken Harding and his company. He’s been producing records for a long time, and he has worked with some of the legends in Gospel Music. We are thrilled to be a part of New Haven and look forward to a long lasting relationship.”

The debut recording for Gold City on the New Haven label will be available in the fall. Additional information regarding New Haven Records is available at http://www.newhavenrecords.com. Information regarding Gold City may be obtained at http://www.goldcityqt.com.
