NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame inductees The Imperials are pleased to announce that the group’s new self-titled album is now available.

The new recording features concert favorites like “Arise My Love” and “Big God” in addition to several new songs including “Closer Still,” “All That Matters”, “Wrap My Arms Around the World,” and “True.”

The release of the group’s first radio single in over 10 years – “Arise My Love” – was also recently announced. The song is being released exclusively through the Rick Hendrix Company – a name synonymous with excellence in radio promotions. The new song was shipped to radio last month on Rick Hendrix Compilation Vol. 44, Cut #4.

“This is a recording that fans of Gospel music of all ages need to hear,” mentioned Deon Unthank, owner of SouthernGospelNews.com. “This recording has something for everyone – just like the Imperials have done for years!”

“We are very pleased with the outcome of this recording,” said Shannon Smith of The Imperials. “We know our fans will love it, because we’ve been performing these songs for a while now. We can’t wait for everyone to finally hear it!”

Online sales are available for The Imperials. Pre-sales will be mailed out by the end of the week.

this new release by the Imperials is their best ever. The guys in the group have so many great years ahead with never ending potential. I think they are the best group in christian music today. If the stuck in the past music industry would get off of its/beep/ biased and boring predictability and promote these guys a little ...well once again you would see the Imperials become a household name!
