Knoxville, TN (Press Release) The Blackwood Gospel Quartet welcomes Jeremy Calloway to the group. Jeremy is from Owensboro, KY and will now fill the tenor position for the quartet.

Jeremy has been traveling with the group for three weeks and seems to be a great fit. Mark Blackwood states “We are enjoying having Jeremy around. We have been looking for the right tenor a while now, and we think Jeremy is the man for the job. He has a soulful sound that fits perfectly in our gospel quartet. He is a joy to travel with and most important of all he loves the Lord”.

Jeremy most recently sang with the Southern Sound Quartet. Jeremy has a 4 year old daughter named Kristen. He and his wife Holly are expecting a baby in June. Jeremy attends Mercer Baptist Church in the Owensboro area.

The Blackwood Gospel Quartet will be releasing a new recording soon. The Quartet can be reached at 865-671-8254 or by visiting http://www.blackwoodgospel.com
