
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame inductees The Imperials will be a featured performer on Cornerstone TeleVision’s “Now, More Than Ever” annual telethon tonight, January 29, 2007. The show will air live and begin at 7:00 p.m. and will run until 11:00 p.m EST.
“We are very honored to be participating in this event and humbled that they asked us to participate,” mentioned Shannon Smith of The Imperials. “We are looking forward to being there this evening.”
Also appearing with The Imperials is Gospel superstar and member of the Kurt Carr Singers Yvette Williams and Rev. Chris Hill, youth pastor for T.D. Jakes.

Tomorrow, the popular group will be stopping in Ashland, Kentucky to film an episode of the “Gospel Music Showcase”. The show will air in the near future on the Daystar Television Network. It is a regular program on Saturday evenings on the network.
Also this week, The Imperials will be stopping off at the Christian Booksellers Association Advance 2007 Show at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana this coming Thursday, February 1, 2007. The group will be appearing at the Pathway Press booth (#1607) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
