Please pray for Carol Hurte, wife of well-known songwriter, Dr. Steve Hurte, Associate Pastor of Victory Baptist Church in North Augusta, SC. After a simple cough was thought to be pneumonia, Sister Carol has been diagnosed with Lymphoma, concentrated in her lungs. A vital part of our church’s ministry, Sister Carol has dedicated her life to serving the Lord along side of her husband and family and we are asking the Lord for His will to be done in her life.

Featured on the Gospel Greats, Dr. Hurte is accredited for songs charted by industry leaders such as, The Perrys, The Ruppe’s, The Marksmen, Crossway, Ivan Parker, The Whisnants, Melody Boys Qt, and many others. Co-writing with Greg Day, Rodney Griffen, Lois Gale and Lance Carpenter, God uses this man and his family in an awesome way for the cause of Christ.
