Nashville, TN (December 18, 2007) - Daywind Records’ artist, Nick Trammell (Perrys), and Jessica Brown (The Browns) are engaged to be married. Trammell proposed in Brown’s hometown of LeMars, Iowa, on Saturday, December 15, 2007. The wedding date has been set for December 6, 2008.

Trammell, who has been with the Perrys since the fall of 2006, was awarded the Singing News Fan Award for Horizon Individual at the National Quartet Convention last fall. The Perrys, one of the most accomplished groups in Gospel music, released their latest project, Look No Further, this fall and it is available at local Christian retail stores.

Daywind Records is based in Hendersonville, TN, and is distributed worldwide through New Day Christian Distribution, Word and WEA. In addition to the Perrys, Daywind is home to great artists such as the Booth Brothers, Karen Peck and New River, Greater Vision, and others.

Wow! God must be up to something extra special to bring together two of the most talented young people in the southern gospel industry for His honor and glory..... Makes me think of Jeff and Sheri....

I've seen Jessica, when she's sang with The Browns, and Nick when he's sung with the Perrys, bring their fans to their feet as they sing the glory down.
