MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Sunday Edition has seen much success at Southern Gospel radio with their latest release – “Naaman”. The song has charted on all the major industry charts and has proven to be a fan favorite as well.

“Naaman” will debut at #68 on the upcoming July 2008 issue of the Singing News Magazine’s Top 80 chart – the industry’s most watched chart. The song will also rise from #76 to #65 in the upcoming July 2008 issue of the Gospel Music News Top 100. In addition, the song is currently sitting at #22 on this week’s issue of the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Weekly Chart.

Deon Unthank of Sunday Edition said, “We were told by everyone to release this song to radio. Looks like we took the right advice. This song is getting the right kind of exposure, and we are very excited about it.”

“Naaman” has also proven to be a fan favorite as well – ranking in the Top 5 Fan Favorites this week on the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Weekly Chart. Also – “Naaman” is currently sitting at #3 on the GospelMusicTimes.com Top 40 Fan Chart.

“Naaman”, which was penned by Paula Stefanovich, is the fourth single from Sunday Edition’s release of Absolutely Free. All four singles from the album (“He Keeps Lifting”, “Call On Jesus”, “Big God”, and “Naaman”) have charted on various industry charts.

“Naaman” was pushed to radio through DJ Man Promotions, Rhonda Thompson Promotions, and most recently the Rick Hendrix Company.

Sunday Edition’s new single, “Absolutely Free”, is expected to hit radio later this summer. The song, written by Daryl K. Williams, will be promoted to Southern Gospel radio exclusively through the Rick Hendrix Company.
